Operational depth is where the next decade of value creation sits.

Two decades of private equity have professionalized financial engineering. The frontier now is operator work: the months between signing and exit, the playbook that turns a thesis into a P&L, the team that survives the integration. That work does not translate from a deck.

This portfolio collects five cases for a single position. The most valuable people in this decade of investment will be operators who think like investors and investors who can run the company. The dominant sectors where that combination matters are premium hospitality, complex services, and any consumer business where the operating system determines the multiple.
